Here at KC Heavy Equipment, Inc., We are a member of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America and our staff has over 30 years of combined accusation and disposition of small to large equipment including asphalt, mining, rolling stock, and crushing and screening equipment. We appraise equipment by going to the site where the equipment is located and perform a complete visual and mechanic inspection including reviewing all supporting documents. .
During our appraisal process, we use: due diligence market studies using several heavy equipment sales sites, current local prices, current world wide prices and current auction prices, impartial and accurate valuation and adherence to a strict code of professional ethics Each appraisal report that we produce is personally supervised, reviewed and approved by one of our owners.
